Project Manager II Details:
Temporary position
$60.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Oversees skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled trade personnel or outsourced service providers.
Ensures facilities are safe, well-maintained, and efficient for daily operations.
Manages access badges, parking assignments, energy consumption, recycling programs, space planning, moves, and interfaces with the landlord, third-party providers, and employees.
Project Manager II Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or facilities engineering.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
