Job Summary
As a member of the Marketing Localization team, you are a champion of Deluxe localization services, and you continually elevate standards to provide best in class client experience, working closely with localization operations and production teams globally.
In this role, you partner with our clients to create and deliver world class marketing campaigns multiple franchises, features, series, and languages. You drive localization of audio, GFX, subtitling and related assets while ensuring high-quality localization of new and existing entertainment content. Partnering directly with our amazing clients, operational & production teams, and other partners, you determine localization production schedules and work with global colleagues so that localized marketing assets are delivered on time.

Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions.
Manage large localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
Drive project scheduling and work with teams to get commitments toward production milestones.
Improve localization pipeline in collaboration with leadership, Localization, Operations and Product teams.
Make independent decisions while working under pressure in potentially ambiguous situations to meet aggressive deadlines. Escalate and seek guidance as necessary.
Monitors localization service quality and ensures that continuous process improvement efforts are planned and executed by internal teams or vendors.
Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.
Requirements
Experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in localization, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming industries.
Experience with audiovisual localization workflows for subtitling and localized VO/Dubbing.
Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment and tracking for large projects, delivering results, and exceeding client expectations.
Expertise in end-to-end localization process for marketing, trailers, entertainment and/or gaming.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with internal and external partners, managers, and peers across different regions.
Efficient in managing time and multiple projects/tasks effectively, with ability to prioritize competing demands while meeting tight deadlines.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
