Hire, train, coach, counsel and manage a successful leasing team
Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and vendors
Oversee leasing process from first point of contact to move-in, ensuring internal quality control standards are maintained
Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and achieve budgetary goals
Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality
Oversee all aspects of community marketing and advertising efforts
Assist with preparation of annual budget and community plans
Ensure purchase order process is completed according to internal quality control standards
Stay abreast of industry trends
Contribute to community and company engagement efforts
Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
