Position Summary and Duties
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Facilities and Risk Management this position will develop, prepare, and administer contracts, and proposals that meet specifications and comply with all University policies and regulations. Review contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues. Work with all University departments for all facets of contract review and management, policy review and implementation, and risk management and insurance. Work with supervisor to manage contract workflow, create policies, and lead risk management and mitigation activities. Partner with supervisor to manage and coordinate legal claims with the department, legal and leadership, establish priorities, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and University policies.
