Part-time Receptionist role in the Shaker Heights area with an exceptional company. What Matters Most: Part-time temporary On-site opportunity, Monday and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm. The pay rate is $19 per hour.

Your New Role: This Part-time Receptionist position is more than a receptionist, we are looking for someone who can assess situations, handle crisis moments, and keep their composure in stressful conditions. The person in this role will welcome and greet all survivors and guests upon entry and receive all incoming calls. The position will report to the Manager of Client Services, and the department will want to conduct an in-person interview with the candidates.

Your Experience:

High School diploma or GED.
Proven experience as a Receptionist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
