Job Abstract

Work with our Branches to provide excellent customer service to our Branches' customers across the country. Process equipment and parts orders received via phone, e-mail and transmission through our C 4 C Customer Relationship Management System. Participate in a telephone queue to provide part pricing and availability, part number identification and order assistance to our Branches' customers. Work with other departments such as Finance, Contract Management and Materials Management to insure acc... more detailsurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Communicate directly with branch colleagues regarding order status information to insure customer expectations are being met. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's Management System.
Required Qualifications
. The successful candidate's background will include: High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Customer service experience. Knowledge of basic business practices. Good communication skills/phone skills required. Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite. SAP experience preferred. Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
