Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is offering an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level or Experienced Engagement Integrator (International) to join our dynamic team based out of Arlington, VA. The chosen candidate can be based at any major US Boeing site.
Responsibilities:
- Support to C-suite level executive.
- Expert at strategically coordinating multiple executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel plans with keen focus on balancing priorities.
- Attentive, creative, go-getter with proven ability to plan, organize, and host large-scale events (both regionally and globally).
- Excellent communicator, with expertise managing projects that require acting as liaison to internal and external stakeholders, talented negotiator, establishing pivotal relationships.
- Provides oversight of logistics planning for tours and coordinates meetings with potential customers to ensure flawless execution and strategic objectives/schedules are met.
- Schedules planning and organization of executive participation in industry symposiums and large-scale events including corporate client meetings, dinners and receptions, and other industry events.
- Vital component of client relations and meeting preparation; warmly greets clients and coordinates successful meetings.
- Plans, organizes, and secures travel accommodations, registrations, tickets, visas, and security reporting requirements related to international travel.
- Generates int’l expense reports and reconciles corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.
- Adheres to sensitive information protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of experience assembling and delivering key briefings both to senior leadership as well as through the organization.
- 3 or more years of experience in planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large scale meetings and events.
- 3 or more years of experience with managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Experience working with geographically dispersed team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.)
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range:
Mid-Level: $86,700 - $117,300
Experienced: $109,650 - $148,350
