The Talent Insights Specialist will sit on the Talent Practice team and support TEKsystems and Allegis Group's priority of creating objective visibility into our most valuable asset, our people. The team is responsible for the implementation and overseeing the organization of competency models, role clarity, talent assessments, evaluations, development, and succession planning activities for TEKsystems. The ideal candidate for the role will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with an understanding of talent management principles.
Responsibilities
The Talent Insights Specialist will:
- Create data-driven insights from employees' HRIS, Leadership Assessment data, and employee-provided data to be used in talent assessment, succession strategies, workforce development, and talent development planning. - Serve as the analyst of engagement measures for our Talent Management System, PeopleFluent through analysis of Google Analytics reports. - Decipher, analyze and create reports on quantitative and qualitative data. - Advanced Excel skills to navigate various forms of data reports from various stakeholders and partner vendors and platforms. - Experience with Google Analytics reports to create engagement reports around the utilization of PeopleFluent within the organization. - Excellent attention to detail to ensure data management is kept organized, and clean, and reducing errors. - Collaborate with team members but cross-function partners to enhance the insights across the organization, this can include Human Resources, Business Intelligence, Employee Experience, and Professional Development partners. - Exceptional writing to create executive summaries on Talent Insights for TEKsystems leaders. - Demonstrates curiosity and flexibility to learn and leverage new advancements in data insights such as algorithms, platforms, and AI. - Creates data visualizations to provide ultimate reporting for leaders. - Preference for working in a fast-paced enterprise where we will support analyzing data for a variety of partners and operating companies. - Ensure the data collection and analysis adhere to ethical standards, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Experience
Background: IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resource Analyst
Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience in Talent Analysis, or Master's degree with 1 -3 years relevant experience
