What you'll do...
As a Design Lead, your assignment is to help the International team to deeply empathize with the customer, liaise across partners in Business, Product, and Engineering and dedicate their collective creativity and execution to delivering experiences that bring delight to our customers, meeting them where they are. Ultimately, your passion to serve and a growth mindset will make you a valuable member of this cross-functional team, owning and crafting effective designs from top to bottom.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the user experience design process, from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Think strategically – using techniques like stakeholder vision, wireframes, process flows and sketching – to communicate interaction design concepts.
- Conduct user research activities, interpret data, and apply insights to inform design decisions.
- Have a real impact at scale through new product launches and incremental improvements that effect billions of our customers everyday.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in user experience design, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our products.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders and engineers to define product requirements and ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Experience negotiating business decisions and influencing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, and mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Be part of a diverse, humble team, always learning, collaborating with other designers to deliver a cohesive customer centered experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years design experience or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, with a focus on strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to details, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Readily give and receive constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building efficient scalable systems in eCommerce, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Experience conducting design sprints, and/or applying design thinking techniques to create and influence product vision and strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
