Position Overview:
Red Arch Solutions is building a robust CDF Data Warehouse solution that supports all-source data analysis and advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) that can be leveraged by all branches of military service, combat support agencies (CSAs) and Combatant Commands (CCMDs). The CDF Data Warehouse will help the warfighter make informed decisions by supporting advanced AI/ML on all available data resources to provide advanced analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise for data warehouse architecture, design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis for data warehouses.  
  • Expert in launching cloud infrastructures, solutions design and architecture, Azure, API solutions, integration of IDM solutions.
  • Develop relational and/or Object-Oriented databases, database parser software, and database loading software.
  • Project long-range requirements for DBA and design. Responsible for developing a database structure that fits into the overall architecture of the system under development.
Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree + 15 years of relevant experience or a master's degree + 13 years of experience or 20+ years of experience in total.
  • Experience analyzing user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Experience providing expert guidance and direction to senior level technicians and engineers.
  • Experience directing multiple contractor and subcontractor teams through to project completion.
