The Project & Portfolio Managemer acts as a deployment team member as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of “Finance Master Data” for rollouts of sales affiliates and/or manufacturing sites for the Americas.
Translates detailed business requirements to IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work in order to meet business needs.
Create, align and deliver project documentation according to the defined ASPIRE PMM. Ensure end-to-end view from Master Data to transactions & reporting and work closely with the GBPMs/GBPOs, IT and other impacted business streams in order to provide end-to-end (E2E) business process solutions in an aligned cross-divisional way.
Ensures template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept
Your Opportunity
The responsibilities for this role include:
Implementing Master Data Governance process in close cooperation with GBPM organization
Preparation and leading of FIT-to-Standard sprints
Mapping the current Master Data structure to the ASPIRE Master Data concept
Defining best practice solutions in close cooperation with Roche ERP IT
Finance master data mass load and reconciliation
Execution of Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG)
Execution of Key User / End User Training activities
Who you are
The person in this role has excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Advanced English proficiency is required;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the respective functional area, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree is a plus;
5+ years experience in roles that include Business processes, Finance Master Data Management, business improvement experience or SAP projects experience. Experience working with SAP is required, MDG-F knowledge is a plus;
Broad knowledge of master data concept and related business processes;
Ability to analyze, design, describe, test and train the solutions from an E2E business process understanding;
Strong business process knowledge and experience in the respective functional area. Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications. Experience with reporting and analytics in the respective area.
