Position Title: Program Manager II
Location: Santa Clara, California
Position Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the development of standardized and automated processes and reporting to improve operational effectiveness and engagement across Security teams. 2. Manage stakeholder communication on program milestones, activities, changes, and escalations. 3. Prepare and deliver regular tracking and reporting of program status. 4. Work with teams across Amazon Security to drive cross-team program objectives. 5. Develop value-add insight and analytics using business data related to spend and operations. 6. Establish baseline metrics and analytics. 7. Dive deep and analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, determine mitigation steps, report on progress against goals and implement them. 8. Develop and maintain management dashboards, leadership reports, and executive review documents and ensure that timelines are communicated and met. 9. Develop processes that enable streamlined, consolidated reporting. 10. Support the creation of a central data library to easily identify metrics, activities, and policies owned/managed by teams. 11. Develop runbooks/reporting and facilitate training, aggregate and assess feedback, and iterate on processes. 12. Develop scaling mechanisms to externalize processes to broader Security teams. 13. Facilitate process improvement/kaizen sessions with cross-functional partners 14. Deliver and update training to vendors and internal teams 15. Facilitate roadshows and all-hands events 16. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $134,285/year to $162,800/year

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
A Masters Degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in management, accounting, business, Business Analytics or a related field and 1 year of experience in program management and business reporting. In the alternative, a Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in management, accounting, business, Business Analytics or a related field and 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in program management and business reporting.
Experience must include:
1. 1 year of experience working in large enterprise, with direct interaction with domestic and international teams.
2. 1 year of experience in analytical and process improvement driven role.
3. 1 year of experience in strong data analytics and analysis skills.
4. 1 year of experience with data visualization tools, like Tableau, Salesforce, and other similar tools.
5. 1 year of experience with public accounting, consulting, or audit experience.
Domestic travel is required 10 % of the time.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
