At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in McLean, VA:
Compensation: $38.46 / Hour
Schedule: The selected individual will need to have open availability. They will supervise for 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday and will work during the week in other positions as well as the supervisor positions.
About the job:
- Respond to incoming security concerns and track outcomes
- Monitor a wide network of security alarms and cameras to identify and resolve threats
- Synthesize large amounts of information quickly
- Create comprehensive records of security-related incidents
- Coordination of routine and critical incident communications
- Understand the proper use of security-related tools and procedures
- Implement security and access control procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with customer service
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and synthesize large of amounts of information quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have an active Armed DCJS
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check, online armed assessments, gun range assessment, and drug and physical assessments before considering to be hired
- Effective oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Must have soft skills and be able to manage various types of personalities.
- Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance.
- Must be accountable and possess the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable.
- 3 or more years of leadership or management experience required.
- 3 or more years of US military or US law enforcement service required.
- 2 or more years of verifiable armed DCJS experience required.
