The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes a psychologist, licensed clinical social workers, speech therapist(s), and occupational therapist(s). The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework.
