Touro University is seeking a talented Cloud Engineer with a specialization in Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions utilizing Citrix Cloud services and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for our organization's infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and local IT services departments across the globe to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud services directly involving end user device management.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Cloud solutions to provide secure access to applications and desktops for the TU employees and clinical staff.
Configure and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service for application delivery and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the university system to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration policies, application deployments, and compliance enforcement.
Utilize Microsoft Autopilot for provisioning and configuring Windows devices in an automated and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix Cloud and Intune/Autopilot environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cloud computing, Citrix technologies, and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and IT support teams for Citrix and Intune-related issues and mentor level two support teams to build the next generation of IT leaders.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and enforce security controls and compliance standards within Citrix and Intune/Autopilot environments.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience
Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
3 or more years as a technology professional
Certifications in Cloud Providers
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Microsoft Azure and Citrix Cloud
Nutanix Knowledge
Experience with RBAC, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience working with "Team-Based Practices," like Agile, Kanban
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to follow standard change management processes. Document and evaluate the impact of required changes to the various systems: plan, schedule, and communication.
Ability to understand and follow sometimes complex oral and written instructions.
Travel
As needed, infrequent.

USD $90,000.00/Yr.

USD $72,000.00/Yr.
