Here is an overview of our newly updated GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program:
Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
Rolling enrollment means NTP (New to Practice) nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire
Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8 months
