Description
The Director of Organizational Development will provide thought leadership in developing new or evolving / enhancing existing programs, practices and policies that have companywide impact. This will require having a deep understanding of Tyler’s business, our culture, and the nuanced needs of our unique divisions and corporate functions. The ability to work collaboratively with our HRBP population to ensure alignment and build buy-in will be key to the success of the Director of OD.

Analyze a variety of data and information to provide creative solutions to highly complex problems
Make sound decisions with an eye towards the “big picture” and a One Tyler approach to programs, processes, and systems.
Work with a diverse group of people, and adapt to and work in a dynamic environment
Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business leaders to gain buy-in and ensure solutions are aligned with the heartbeat of the business and its needs
Use previous experience as well as historical internal practices as a foundation for developing solutions
Work independently, using available resources as needed, to diagnose the problem, design a data driven solution, and anticipate hurdles that could impede success or progress
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development initiatives.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to use data analytics effectively in guiding the business and demonstrating positive business impact.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and present to a variety of audiences including Senior Leadership.
