Position Summary
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Registrar for Curriculum Maintenance, Degree Audit, and NCAA Compliance in the Office of the Registrar.
The candidate would be expected to: represent the Office of the Registrar on the Athletics Eligibility Team, for the purpose of providing an organized process for certifying continuing eligibility for each student-athlete; coordinate the program evaluation and degree audit process and serve as the representative on both the Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Committees (USC and GSC); create and maintain the academic program requirements; provide outreach to students and advisors regarding anticipated program completion and graduation procedures; routinely track degree progress, as completion nears; troubleshoot audit issues and direct students to appropriate resources; coordinate the graduation process for the Office of the Registrar (OR) and serve as the OR’s representative on the Commencement committee.
Anticipated opening pending budget approval.
This is an in-person on-campus, non-remote position.
