About This Role: Primary Job Duties Include:
Supervise the administrative team for the Land Development Division
Provide direct support to the Land Development Division Leadership Team
Assist the Land Development Division Chief with meeting preparations
Serve as the Secretary to the Prince William Board of Zoning Appeals
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D and 3 years of related (administrative support) experience.
Preferences:
1-2 years supervisory experience
Experience providing administrative support to management and senior level staff
Experience taking meeting minutes
Experience with assisting with meeting setup
Experience with assisting with meeting information website posting
Experience managing an organization's main phone line
Experience handling and processing confidential matters
Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday). Ability to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months.This is a telework-eligible position that may change to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
Special Requirements: None.
Starting Salary Range: $28.32 - $34.83
