As a Program Controls Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll support financial analysis, bottom-up forecasting, risk mitigation, and revenue reporting to help the program management office succeed. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and leverage your government contract experience to build an actionable plan that meets all internal and client requirements for financial management and reporting in a timely and seamless manner. You will help ensure the project controls process runs efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication. This is your chance to play a key role on a great team.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with program and project financial management
Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
Knowledge of program finance or business operations support
Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with multiple government contract types
Experience with progressive government contract financial management
Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
