Partnership Operations Manager
The Opportunity:
As the Partnership Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing revenue opportunities with our partners. You will coordinate communications of various technology corporate partners. You’ll be pivotal in integrating the partner offerings into the firm’s existing business development pipeline and working with our business sectors to identify key opportunities to pursue wins together. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute partnership go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including co-development, co-marketing, training opportunities, and strategic engagements. We are looking for individuals who cannot only interact with leaders throughout the firm, but also garner buy-in to coordinate effective go-to market strategies with the partners in the portfolio.
How You'll Contribute:
- Develop and implement go-to market execution plans for strategic initiatives and capabilities aimed at increasing revenue through partners alliances, supporting a GTM growth opportunity.
- Communicate current and ongoing initiatives with partners to align on teaming strategy and partnership, with the goal of maximizing revenue and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with both internal and partner-level leadership to develop strategic partner-business plans that drive efficiencies and alignment.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with business development and delivery, including relationships with market-aligned organizations
- 2+ years of experience in executive-level reporting
- Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
- Ability to distill complex content into clear and engaging narratives that create measurable call-to-actions
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
