Defense International Engagements Analyst
Key Role:
Provide technical, functional, and operational analysis to DoD international strategy and policy development related to international engagements, IT policy, planning, implementation, and interoperability for Allies and partners in accordance with US objectives and priorities. Support strategy and implementation of the CIO function and position within Cybersecurity, mission network information sharing, communications, and information systems interoperability and implementation of Information Technology and capability enhancement for crisis management. Support the secure interoperability and execution of international agreements with partners and allies in coordination with multiple DoD, US departments, and federal agencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting
- 4+ years of experience with IT strategy and policy
- 4+ years of experience with supporting DoD clients
- 2+ years of experience with supporting defense-level clients
- Experience with international programs, projects, or engagements
- Experience with developing briefings, analyses, and whitepapers for senior-level clients
- Experience with briefing clients and team members
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with diplomacy or achieving common goals, resolving issues, and advancing key organizational interests
- Knowledge of Command, Control, and Communications (C3)
- Knowledge of US DoD engagement with C3 agencies
- Knowledge of operational and technical coalition interoperability and shared operational systems, including weapons and C3 systems
- Ability to interact with US, interagency, and international partners’ senior leadership in bilateral, multilateral, and official settings
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
