As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following: Plan, schedule, supervise, and evaluate call center workflow and staffing Coordinate call center activities to achieve desired volume according to TFCU Service Goals Monitor staff performance, call volume, and make any needed adjustments to improve member service Supervise, support, and coach various personnel within the Member Service Center Salary Range: The start of the range is $74,891.55; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience: You must have: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field is required. Two years’ experience as a Member Service Officer (MSO), a Call Center Representative or in a role with similar responsibility is required. One year of supervisory experience is required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred! Remote work opportunities available after in-person training is completed! Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
