At Sensient Cosmetics we play a central role in the manufacture of cosmetics, personal care and household products. We have a high performing and successful sales team in North America. Our best sales people are coming from diverse backgrounds and they have been surprised to see that their efforts and projects are paying off for both themselves and the company, resulting in a very attractive income.
What you’ll do:
- Gain a strong learning experience in the field of cosmetics ingredients, rotating in various key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Sales)
- Work with a great mentor, who will ensure you become the Sales person you're dreaming to be
- Once your training is completed, a secured Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business
What you’ll bring:
- Ideally, a Bachelor Degree in a Science or Business-related discipline. Lab- or other relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- Flexibility. Your training will take place in Somerset, NJ. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory throughout the US. Relocation may therefore be required after training.
- Passion. Your drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team
