Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: You will develop and execute a comprehensive mobile app roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals. This roadmap will focus on improving app quality, driving user adoption, and increasing engagement.
- User Focus: You will be the champion of the mobile app user. You'll conduct user research, analyze market trends, and keep a close eye on competitor apps to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritization Pro: Based on your research and insights, you'll define and prioritize features and app enhancements. This will involve weighing user feedback with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Bridge Builder: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Design, IT Engineering, Marketing, and other Product teams. You will translate product requirements into user stories and functional specifications that the development team can understand and implement.
- Data Driven Decisions: You will synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action, measure success, identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions. You will be comfortable working with mobile app analytics to track key metrics like user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Technically Adept: You will have a solid understanding of mobile app development principles and best practices to make informed technical decisions and lead productive conversations with the engineering team. You will partner with our Technology/Innovation groups to leverage our capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, 3D rendering, Augmented & Virtual Reality for defining solutions for our customers.
- Leadership: You will mentor and guide your mobile product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Criteria
- 8+ years in Product Management with at least 5+ years in the Mobile space, with a strong focus on launching or supporting Mobile Apps.
- 5+ years in the Retail Technology Industry (Large, Diverse, Complex Set Up) with experience involving a variety of tools and technology not limited to HTML, Java, SQL, XML, JSON, GitHub
- Experience with ecommerce, analytics, reporting and e2e in product management is preferred.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Appstore Connect, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager & app monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics.
- Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large projects from vision, requirements gathering, solutioning, and all steps of implementation (UAT, Training, hyper care).
- Experience across multiple software delivery models including waterfall, agile, scrum, and lean methodology.
- Experience in multi-channel retail is preferred though not a requirement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and an ability to lead and influence others.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field such as Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Engineering or Technology or equivalent work experience.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
