Principal Responsibilities:
Develop and administrate user access to financial systems
Mentor, train and supervise finance users across several key systems
Design methods to improve & automate reporting
Recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce risk
Reconcile large datasets related to Sales, AP, AR, Cash, Inventories
Communicate clearly and effectively both internally and with external suppliers
Assist with monthly & quarterly reporting, including analysis and inquiry with divisions
Prepare, monitor and drive improvement in key financial performance indicators
Project management, ensuring initiatives progress on time and on budget
Assist in consolidating and centralizing systems, including integrating acquisitions
Compile and provide support for quarterly and annual reviews and audits
Monitor internal controls to ensure proper compliance
Attendance at work is an essential function of the job
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in IT
EXPERIENCE:
Ability to use sound judgement in implementing efficient solutions to challenges
Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively
Strong analytical and technical skills, including ability to learn and master new software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerAutomate), SQL, DAX
Knowledge/Experience with the following systems a plus: SAP, Syteline, CCH Tagetik, Sage FAS, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SQL Server Management Studio, IBM DB2
