Job Abstract

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Award Grants Analyst to join our non-profit organization's team. The Post Award Grants Analyst will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and facilitating effective grant expenditure tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in grants management, financial analysis, and a commitment to supporting our organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the post-award administration of grants, including reviewing grant agreements, budgets, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
2. Maintain systems for tracking grant expenditures, including budget allocations, expenses, and revenue recognition, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. Collaborate with program managers, finance staff, and grant project teams to monitor grant spending, identify budget variances, and make recommendations for budget reallocations or modifications.
4. Prepare financial reports and invoices for grantors, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of financial data in accordance with grant reporting deadlines.
5. Reconcile grant-related accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of grant revenue and expenses.
