Pay: $70000 - $80000 / year
plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the team
- Oversees the Dining Room Area and the supervision of all Front of the House service staff in accordance with operating policies.
- Responsible for ensuring that proper food handling procedures and presentation are being met by the staff.
- Observance of all SRC Policies and Procedures.
- Assist to resolve all guest issues in order to maintain optimal guest satisfaction.
- Establish standards of performance for the dining room area.
- Execute the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operating cost.
- Complete tasks as directed by upper management
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in full-service, high-volume environment
- Minimum 3 years’ restaurant/hospitality progressive experience in any front-of-house role prior to stepping into supervision/management
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Guest-centric approach
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with scheduling, budgets, payroll, revenue and cash handling
- Social-media savvy
- Strong communications skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time, lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
