We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will:
\t
Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.\t
Provide general support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications\t
Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.\t
Configure and improve core and custom applications by working closely with ServiceNow functional team\t
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow\t
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications\t
Develop systems integrations and process automation\t
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.\t
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow\t
Configure and manage Discovery \t
Lead team in application and platform upgrades\t
Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems\t
Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Additionally, the ideal candidate can:

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship\t
Ability to pass a federal background check successfully and maintain eligibility for continued access authorizations, including periodic drug screenings, granted by such a successful background check\t
Bachelor's degree\t
3-5 years ServiceNow development experience\t
strong JavaScript, XML, and HTML skills and familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, and ADFS\t
Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application\t
Proven experience implementing integrations of enterprise software systems\t
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production\t
Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives\t
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
Desired Qualifications
\t
Experience working in the government sector (local, state, or federal)\t
ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer certifications\t
Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery\t
strong knowledge and familiarity with ITSM processes\t
