This position is part of a high functioning HR team who supports and effectively coordinates an array of general HR activities. This role reports to the HR Manager and will work closely with other HR team members. This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys regularly working on-site and interacting and engaging with people at all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship Required.
May be selected for work that requires ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance.
4-year degree in HR, Business or related area or equivalent experience.
SHRM-CP Certification or comparable certification preferred
2+ years progress HR experience w/HRIS experience preferably with Success Factors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – to include active listen, ability to consider varying views, options and perspectives.
Must be able to work with a high degree of confidentiality and ethics.
Follow and abide by Code of Ethics, Compliance Manual and all Company policies, guidelines and practices but also embody and set the standard for other employees.
Must be able to create networks, such as local SHRM, to assist in maintain market awareness in best practices.
This role requires being regularly on-site at Clarksburg campus.
Occasional domestic travel (IL, FL, MD, MA) to support other TDSI locations or subsidiaries or to support HR events.
