Project Manager Civil Engineer - Infrastructure - Houston, TX

Halff Associates has an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Professional Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility design. This position requires strong design experience and project manager skills.

Project Manager Civil Engineer - Public Works Candidates must have:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
EIT or PE License in Texas
2 to 5 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility
Experience working with MicroStation or Civil 3D
Experience managing design and plan production
Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
