Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Office of Ethics and Compliance and the overall operation of the Compliance and Ethics Program by assisting with the Risk Assessment, testing compliance and anti-corruption controls, and supporting the privacy function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment & Control Monitoring
· Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize potential compliance risks to the partnership.
· Assist in developing risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
· Assist with testing controls that mitigate compliance risks.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
· Assist with the monitoring and testing of international transactions and project expenditures subject to anti-bribery and corruption laws.
Other Areas
· Assist with supporting and coordinating privacy-related activities, responding to privacy inquiries, and supporting the implementation of privacy policies and procedures.
· Back up certain due diligence and helpline processes.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program.
· Previous experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, or related fields preferred.
· Knowledge of compliance risks, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other international anti-corruption laws.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Able to build relationships and credibility across the organization.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software applications.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Working Conditions:

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
