But the now-county department has expanded services for early prevention, intervention, and adult services.

Operation Coordinator Overview:
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for meeting room set up, inter-office mail delivery, facility projects, and miscellaneous building maintenance tasks at Annex M, 2525 Murworth building and Youth Services building, 6300 Chimney Rock.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Arranges furniture and equipment for meetings and provides courier service for agency.
Monitors building maintenance needs and reports problems or issues to the responsible department. Cleans and maintains an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for completion of maintenance tasks.
Monitors and instructs custodial staff in task performance as needed.
Performs minor maintenance tasks under urgent or emergent conditions and maintains an inventory of supplies and tools to perform those tasks.
Monitors and assists in the recycling program.
Monitors vehicle maintenance needs and assists in transporting vehicles to repair services.
Responsible for replacing light bulbs under urgent or emergent conditions. Provides routine grounds maintenance (such as litter maintenance, pressure washing, replaces trash bags, etc.)
Assists the Facilities Coordinator Supervisor in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Must be on call nights, weekends, and holidays and for emergencies calls.

Requirements
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Experience:
Two (2) years of full-time paid work experience in general building maintenance and repair duties.
Training and experience using a personal computer with a variety of software such as Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Licensure:
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license (Texas) and auto liability insurance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Follows written and oral instructions.
Ability to lift and move heavy office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Possesses excellent organizational skills.
Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated.
Must interact with all levels of staff.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
Works with limited supervision and independently in a fast-paced environment
Interacts and maintains professional working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, Exercise flexibility, tact, and diplomacy.

$34,944.00 - $47,673.60 (Annually)
Based on 26 Pay Periods
Plus, Mileage Reimbursement

Physical Demand:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stooping, bending, and reaching required
Must be able to travel between work sites; daily driving, carrying, moving furniture and equipment, setting up tables and chairs, sorting, phone use, pushing, walking, listening.
