Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as a budget analyst in the installation's budget office, performing a variety of budget functions involving the formulation, execution, and/or analysis of budgets and economic and cost analysis studies for substantive programs and support activities. Supports the development of programming and financial planning justification and documentation for inclusion into the wing financial plan. Performs budget formulation involving the preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations/programs into a consolidated budget request. Qualifications BA/BS degree from accredited university/college or combination of relevant experience in lieu of education 5 years minimum experience performing comptroller functions Skilled in MS Office Suite Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. GFEBS, DEAMS, RMOnline, ODS, cPROBE, CRIS) Experience supporting, administering and reporting upon fiscal quality assurance programs as performed by the Army, Air Force, Joint Staff, NGB, and OSD Experience working with National Guard financial management processes Experience communicating with senior military or defense officials Preparing and presenting executive level documents and materials Skilled in Advana, database and data analysis applications Active Secret security clearance CDFM or DoD FM Certification Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services.
