We are looking to hire a  Production Operations Manager in East Haven, CT. Direct-Hire!

Production Operations Manager Shift: 1st

Production Operations Manager Pay: up to 100k

Production Operations Manager Description:

• Manage all the assembly, integration, and installation activities, for all projects assigned to this team, according to established project schedules.
• Effectively and efficiently handle problems, conflicts, delays, or other issues that may potentially affect Production, P&L performance, or Team satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, and release of BOMs for procurement.  
• Review impact of all pending Engineering Change Requests upon schedule and material requirements.  
• Identify and validate new fabricators and ensure fabricators provide quality components per design and according to schedule requirements

Production Operations Manager Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with a strong background in electro/mechanical systems.
• Minimum three (3) years relevant operations experience, with at least two (2) years in a Management or Supervisory role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical design documents.
• Must be highly organized with sound decision making skills and able to multitask in an extremely dynamic environment.
• Familiarity working with BOMs
