Job Abstract
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build out and grow the National Deposits Group (NDG) vertical for Valley Bank. Lead the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives for the NDG. Lead client and prospect meetings and outreach efforts. - Lead the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives for the NDG.
- Lead client and prospect meetings and outreach efforts.
- Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as a key liaison between the NDG, treasury, operations, credit, BSA, legal, HR, compliance, etc.
- Oversee sales and administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Mentoring, coaching, recruiting and supporting new and existing team members.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' experience in business banking, management - team leadership with superior business networking experience or High School Diploma with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Must have Driver's License.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field with formal credit training is preferred.
