$21.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of compliance to regulatory, Bank and departmental guidelines and requirements
- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfer orders accurately and promptly, adhering to Bank procedures and regulatory standards
- Verify transaction details, including account numbers and financial amounts, for accuracy
- Monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and report any suspicious cases to the appropriate department
- Conduct detailed risk assessments of wire transfer activities to identify potential fraud, errors, or compliance issues
- Stay informed about changes in wire transfer regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies to ensure full compliance
- Collaborate with other banking departments to resolve any issues related to wire transfers
- Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their wire transfer inquires and educating them on security practices
- Keep accurate records of all wire transactions for auditing and research purposes
- Provide support for various duties, as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in wire transfer processing and risk analysts in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and other relevant banking regulations.
