Job Title: Financial Analyst
What you will bring:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll manage the daily funding operation, analyze data and prepare reports to support management in decision making, make accounting entries and prepare reconcilements, and provide support to the Senior Treasury Manager on various functions as needed. This is a hybrid position.
Essential Duties:
- Reporting on the daily funding needs of the Bank
- Accounting and reconciling the investment portfolio
- Preparation and analysis of Asset Liability Management and liquidity reporting
- Preparing management and board level report packages, attending meetings, and preparing minutes of important decisions and discussions
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in financial services industry required.
- Exceptional accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
- Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
- Experience in interest rate and liquidity risk is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills.

Salary Starting at $63,609/annually (DOE)
