Noblis professionals in project management are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope and quality requirements. They utilize their expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to coordinate resources, manage risks, and achieve project objectives. Typical responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocating resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to tasks and activities. Project management roles also involve monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and deadlines, and managing changes and issues that may arise during project execution. Additionally, professionals may facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise in areas such as stakeholder management, risk assessment, and conflict resolution enables organizations to deliver projects successfully, meet client expectations, and drive business outcomes.
You are responsible for leading, aligning, and executing your organization’s strategy and contributing to overall corporate strategy. You are actively engaged with clients to provide thought leadership and develop solutions to high priority client problems that are very broad in scope and diverse in nature, with long-range organizational implications. You collaboratively leverage all of Noblis, communicate across the organization and develop, vet and implement systems and processes that improve organizational performance. You are directly accountable for employee engagement, business development, project execution, fiscal viability and the development of leaders.
For this specific role, you will be expected to:
- Provide technical expertise in the assigned area of Counter-Unmanned Vehicle Systems (C-UVS)
- Act as an advocate for government customers in the integration and dissemination of capabilities associated with counter-unmanned systems mission
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities and data into Department of Defense (DoD), Law Enforcement/Homeland Security (LE/HS), Foreign Entities, and Intelligence Community (IC) platforms and architectures
- Assist the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to RFPs
- Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure development contractors are meeting program requirements and schedule
- Support the PM in multiple areas which include planning, program management, acquisition support, analytic support, technical analysis, user requirements, and customer outreach management/development, architecture, and customer outreach and support
- Build strategic plans encompassing diverse mission partners that define cohesive objectives resulting in Noblis' role as the community lead for C-UVS technology implementation across the DOD and IC enterprise.
