Job Summary:
Coordinate with Sales in generating customer quotes, preparing proposals and booking orders, and maintaining short- and long-range sales forecasts. This position is fast paced, with exposure to multiple business processes with growth potential.
Job Responsibility:
- Handle the sales reconciliation of Bookings and Orders within our systems
- Responding to RFQ’s (request for Quote)
- Assisting in creating Opportunities for Proposals, Design Wins/Starts, and Orders
- Processing Customer Purchase Orders (New orders as well as Change orders)
- Supporting Business Development and Product Sales with forecasting
- Generate Salesforce reports and maintain Dashboards
- Responding to Marketing Leads
- Run and publish weekly reports to management and sales
- Build strong positive relationships with internal departments and Customers
- Perform general data entry and data management
- Assist in overseeing the use of various sales tools, applications, platforms.
- Analyze, gather, cleanse, and validate large data sets for growth, trends, risk, and optimization.
- Assist Sales Operations Manager in database improvement initiatives, including proactively monitoring and enforcing CRM data hygiene requirements.
Worksite location options:
- Onsite: Oxnard, CA (9/80 schedule)
- Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week and WFH the remainder of the week (based on business needs)
- Remote: 100% WFH is not authorized for this role based on the needs of the sales team
Required Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience
- Work well in a fast paced sales environment.
- Highly skilled in Word, Excel and Outlook with proven ability to learn new applications quickly
- Well organized, detail oriented, conscientious about work quality
- Ability to problem solve
- Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Prior use of database information and analysis a plus (SalesForce.com and Oracle)
- HS Diploma
Preferred Qualification:
- BS/BA degree
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Oracle

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 for a Non-Technical Individual Contributor II at Oxnard,CA USA
The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
