The right individual will provide day-to-day technical and operational project support to our Client Services, Technical Ad Operations, and other various internal teams. What you’ll do: Collaborate with the Ad Ops Specialist, Ad Ops Technology, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to execute a technically driven project, test, provide recommendations, improve feature functionality, and contribute to our overall operations processes. Perform an inventory of our project-relevant wikis, categorize the information, and then proceed with documentation, resource review, and archiving. Provide support & resource documentation [such as user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips] to various internal teams. Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand Provide day-to-day support for the Ad Technology Operations team What you'll need: Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Experience developing user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with Mac Terminal or Windows/Command Prompt Terminal Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) a plus UI/UX experience Bitbucket experience nice to have Proficiency with common productivity tools and willingness to learn internal Pandora products, systems and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects Basic project management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organization. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $37-43/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
