• Responsible for project construction management, client interaction, as well as technical and fee proposal preparation within the CI discipline.
• To provide oversight for project scoping, permitting, materials and site surveys for communication infrastructure projects. Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Work with clients, engineers, municipalities, suppliers, contractors and peers to overcome delays related to the construction of outside plant and cellular network systems.
• To visit job sites, conduct meetings, develop correspondence, resolve conflicts, develop estimates and schedules for multiple projects associated with communication systems.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, oversee crews, staff and outsider partners to meet or exceed client expectations and schedules. This position requires the candidate to train internal and external staff as needed to complete project tasks.
• Good communication, supervisory and mentoring skills, reliable, attention to details and accuracy are necessary.
• The candidate understands completing scopes of work to high quality of standards in accordance with customer and local jurisdictional requirements.
• Valid driver's licenses to travel as needed to project sites, client meetings and growing the business. Travel out of state will be needed to complete this role.
• Successful candidate will have demonstrated business development and project management experience within the past 2-4 years. Developing new clients and maintaining client relationships is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work with a diverse team.
• Must have a high level of professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively to executive clientele.
• Microsoft Office intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Project.
• The candidate will need to get certified as needed to meet KCI and client project management requirements.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions and climates, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, travel for overnight and extended stay projects is possible. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Secondary degree such as a Master's, or licenses and certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 7 - 12 years of experience.
