Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations including Forms 5471, 8865, and 8858
- Calculate foreign source income, K2/K3, FDII, 163(j) limitation, Subpart F inclusion including GILTI
- Manage administrative functions related to CorpTax International
- Maintain adequate records associated with the US taxation of foreign operations
- Stay current on the US tax law development and perform tax research for compliance and transaction disclosure statements
- Research on withholding tax and associated treaty benefit applicability of foreign countries
- Update documentation of foreign structure and monitor transaction flows to assure foreign structure is properly maintained
- Suggest improvement possibilities for work process effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist with country-by-country & Pillar 2 reporting
- Assist with foreign cash repatriations and tax planning
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years tax experience in public accounting firms and/or large multi-national companies with 5-6 years in international tax
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office
- Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle - CorpTax preferred Desired Characteristics
- Advanced Degree MBA/MST, CPA a plus
- Strong interpersonal - communication skills

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $155,292.01 - $232,938.01
