What you'll do...
The Senior Manager role in the US Marketplace Strategic Initiatives will lead data-driven decision making and using data to optimize business performance.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where data analytics can provide valuable insights.
Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate them into actionable business insights.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data analytics to drive decision-making at all levels.
Ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained throughout all data analytics processes.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
