The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. Responsibilities include up to 5 patients mainly in Western Suffolk. Prior experience in home care, hospice, oncology and/or Palliative Care preferred 1 Year Med/Surg experience required and acute care background Salary Range USD $75.00 - USD $85.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and specialty.
