Product Analyst - Senior Professional II - Network Manager
What does a great Senior Product Analyst do?
You will be responsible for support of payment network relationships, including compliance and enhancements associated with payment network mandates. This includes interfacing with external organizations and internal departments to provide a point of escalation for all day-to-day activities, as well as function as a subject matter expert (SME) on payment network related items. A talented team member would be detail-oriented, analytical, and knowledgeable in payments and processing services.
What you will do:
- Provide primary point of contact for business and operational management of key payment network partnerships/relationships.
- Manage the payment network relationship from an operational, technical, and business perspective.
- Ensure compliance with payment network requirements and mandates including project initiation, authoring requirements, drafting client notifications, updating technical documentation, and oversight of delivery as the subject matter expert.
- Document, manage and improve existing processes.
- Interface with client support organizations as needed to ensure a best-in-class client and cardholder experience.
- Ensure processing, infrastructure and capacity align with required performance standards and volumes.
- Attend payment network technical conferences.
What you need to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the payments and transaction processing industry.
- Experience with ATM and POS on-line transaction processing, including message formats, routing, and switch interface specifications.
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 5%.
