This position will work closely with the Event Producer and Event Leads on design for events.
Responsibilities
Work on event décor ideation (including Master Class Green Rooms, dinners, and other events)
Visit Prop House to checkout items for event usage
Conceptualize décor for major events – such as the Undergraduate Orientation Dinner and Master Classes
Work in Scene Shop and oversee event item creation
General assistance with dinners and events, including but not limited to: Master Classes, Career Center Workshops, Chapman University Annual Events, Donor-related Film Festivals, and other high profile events
Work with Events Producer on set-up and tear-down of events

Required Qualifications
Prefer Student Majoring in Production Design
Must possess positive attitude
Ability and willingness to learn departmental processes and procedures
