Work Flexibility: Remote
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will own the finance/accounting function for accurate commission payments and financial reporting, in support of our salesforces. All work must be in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting and other financial areas.

- Lead conversations about salesforce compensation strategy across multiple salesforces, including annual compensation plan & bonus objectives, acting as a partner to finance and sales leadership
- Own, interpret, and share analytics around incentives, trends, and exceptions for commission tiers.
- Partner with salesforce compensation analyst on business unit trends, updating commission calculations as necessary for accurate compensation
- Own all adjustments & payments as needed across multiple salesforces, ensuring precise and accurate calculations.
- Engage with senior leaders in the business including VPs and Directors and be able to clearly articulate the impact of complex calculations when they arise.
- Partner with IT counterparts to support salesforce/business needs by identifying areas of improvement and delivering creative solutions that achieve the business’ goals for sales and finance. Drive test scripts and participates in UAT, user experience testing, and all projects
- Completes journal entries, reconciliations & month end reporting in a timely manner while compliance with GAAP.
- Drive continuous improvement in the development, modification and adjustment of procedures, policies, processes and technologies with the Sales Operations function.
- Coach and mentor other team members on best practices and recent wins to increase the competency across the entire team.
What you need:
- 2+ years of related experience; Accounting or finance experience preferred
- Education must include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. MBA or related degree is preferred.
- Advance MS Excel experience required.
- Experience working with an ERP system, Power BI preferred
- Shows solid grasp of commission fundamentals and possesses the technical skills necessary to adequately support business needs.
- Demonstrates solid business expertise for his/her respective business unit, so that he/she may adeptly problem-solve and/or anticipate commission requests.
- Job will include 25% travel
$58,700- $116,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
