Job Description:
- Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. bias reference, voltage regulator, PLL, ADC, DAC, Filter, High-speed SerDes, etc.
- Verify designs with CAD tools
- Perform mixed-signal simulations and work with teammates to ensure all blocks functions together
- Provide circuit floorplan and guide layout designs of polygon drawing to meet design rules
- Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews
- Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against system specifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education: MSEE is preferred
- 8+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
- Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators
- Knowledge of UNIX commands and scripting languages
- Skills of Matlab codes and Verilog behavior models are a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $88,000 - $232,000.*
*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
