ManTech is seeking a System Training Lead to support our upcoming contract with The National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) program office under the Defense Innovation Unit

This contract seeks to build networks of innovators that generate new solutions to solve national security problems. NSIN and its mission partners are addressing the technological and operational challenges faced by foreign partners, which may consist of foreign countries and international organizations, through Security Cooperation (SC). SC, which includes DoD-administered Security Assistance (SA) programs. SA programs permit the Government to provide defense articles, military educations and training, and other defense related services (i.e., Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) in furtherance of national policies and objectives. The strategic environment for NSIN and its mission partners is ever-changing, thus requiring solutions that can be rapidly utilized to address changing partnerships, alliances, and world-events. This position will support the implementation and execution of a full-spectrum SC and SA solutions, for the FMS life cycle, to develop foreign partner capabilities.

This position is a hybrid role with remote work 90% and local travel to Arlington, VA 10%

This role requires an active DOD TS/SCI clearance

General Responsibilities:

The Training Lead shall provide management and direction of all training related activities for the contract. The Lead is responsible for overseeing a company's employee training and development activities. They will be expected to perform various tasks that may include identifying training needs for each organization, supervising trainers' work, and developing effective employee training programs. This includes coordinating training for all Technical Direction Letters that are created during the contract.

Minimum Qualifications:

• TS clearance with eligibility for SCI at time of proposal submission.
• Experience designing and developing DoD training programs.
• A minimum of one year executing training program(s) related to Security Cooperation (SC) or FMS.

Preferred Skills:

• A minimum of three years of experience working at or above the DoD Combatant or Joint Command level.

• Experience with developing and executing specific SC or FMS training courses targeting domestic and international audiences.
• A training certification from a U.S. military training command (e.g., U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) or Naval Service Training Command (NSTC)) in training development, writing, and instruction.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law. ManTech may choose not to apply for a license for such individuals whose access to export-controlled technology or software source code may require authorization and may decline to proceed with an applicant on that basis alone.
